Interested in helping us help others?  There are many ways you can get involved!

1. Volunteer Your Time

BUG Program: A Kiwanis International program designed to acknowledge students that “Bring Up Grades.” We have started this program at Alta Vista School in 2007-2008.

Arrowhead Walk-a-Thon North Phoenix Kiwanis' main fundraiser held each October. This event attracts a full field of walkers and raised over $17,000 last year that we distribute to the charities we support within our foundation.

Thanksgiving Turkey Trot: A  long-time community service activity dating back to 1978.  Initially this program provided food to Alhambra Head Start Program families, now it provided full Thanksgiving meals to low income families (with children) at Alta Vista School.

Christmas Party – Alta Vista School: A long-time community service activity held in December.  We provide wrapped gifts to in need children in low income families at Alta Vista School.

Special Olympics:

Held each March, North Phoenix Kiwanis volunteers assist with running events and activities for physically and mentally handicapped children throughout the day.

2. Volunteer Your Money

Interested in making a tax deductible donation to North Phoenix Kiwanis?  Your donation will always be put to good use.  100% of funds donated to our foundation account are used to help children in the Phoenix area.  E-mail our treasurer below, or just click the DONATE button.
